Q: How long will it take to ship item to me? 

A: Shipping Policy:

 - On Gallery Art, Shipping occurs after a 3 day processing period. 

- On Custom Order photography prints or reproduction artwork, shipping occurs after a 7 day processing period.

- Lastly, on Custom framed artwork, shipping occurs after a 21 day processing period.

Q: I received my artwork damaged from the shipper. What should I do? 

A: Artwork should be opened and inspected promptly upon arrival. Art that has shipping damage should be reported to Emanate Gallery within two days of receipt. Emanate Gallery will then send prepaid Return Shipping instructions. Replacement, repair, or refund will be applied upon return of artwork to Emanate Gallery.

How do I make a claim to repair framing or a print?

Step 1: To repair damaged work, you must first speak with your art consultant at Emanate Gallery. Your return package should include the item, along with any packaging and documents that came with it.

Step 2: Once the item is received by Emanate Gallery, our quality assurance department will inspect the artwork and follow up with a plan for repair or replacement.

Q: What are your the hours of operation at your physical location?

Monday:   Closed

Tuesday - Thursday: 10am - 6:00pm

Friday - Saturday: 10am - 7:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Q: Is any original artwork available in a reproduced print?

A: Yes we have a variety of artists who are willing to reproduce their original artwork. Please inquire about specific piece of art and we will let you know if it is available as a reproduction. 

Q:  Do your artists offer commissioned artwork?  

A:  Yes, most of our artists are happy to produce commissioned artwork.  Each artist has their own individual timeline and fee structure for executing such works.  Please don't hesitate to contact us and we will happily facilitate the process.
